What DeCarb Marine Plus does
Marine Plus is the DeCarb formulation for marine diesel engines. Dosed at bunkering or into the service tank, it conditions the fuel for a cleaner, more complete burn in main and auxiliary engines.
Every vessel and duty cycle is different, so we prove it one vessel at a time. A measured trial compares fuel per day or per voyage against the vessel’s own history before you commit the fleet.

How to use DeCarb Marine Plus
Plan the dose with us
Your engineer sets the dose for your fuel, tank sizes and engines, and the logging plan for the trial.
Dose at bunkering
Add Marine Plus to the tank before or during bunkering, or to the service tank, so the fuel mixes it.
Sail as normal
No changes to engines, settings or the fuel you buy.
Log fuel per day or voyage
Your chief engineer records consumption with distance and running hours. We report it against the baseline.

Safe handling
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wear chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection when handling cans.
- Do not swallow. If swallowed, get medical advice straight away and show the pack label.
- If it gets in the eyes, rinse with plenty of clean water for several minutes.
- Store in the original, closed container in a cool, ventilated place, away from heat, sparks and open flame.
- Dispose of empty packs and spills according to local regulations. Do not pour into drains.

How much fuel can a vessel save?
We do not publish a marine percentage until it is recorded on a vessel. We trial on one vessel, measure fuel per day or per voyage against its own baseline, and you decide on the fleet from that result.
When is Marine Plus added?
At bunkering, or into the service tank, so it mixes with the fuel before it reaches the engines. Your engineer sets the dose and the logging plan.
Does it help with emissions reporting?
Yes. The trial gives you measured fuel per day and per voyage, which feeds straight into your fuel and CO₂ reporting, including carbon intensity calculations.
